GO Transit Burlington Station

The Burlington Go Station is the main hub structure linking an existing Go Train platform to a new bus loop terminal. At the grade level, the building incorporates large open spaces under the vaulted ceiling of a main roof typical of modern train stations. The basement of the station is linked to an existing pedestrian tunnel network through a new concrete access tunnel. The structural design for this facility was entirely conventional masonry, steel and timber truss construction.
